2 spoons butter , 2 spoons m aida , 2 cup milk , salt , sugar , ½ ts pepper , 1 spoon mix herbs , 3 tbs cheese , 2 cup boiled pasta.
Take butter in a vessel and heat it. Add maida and stir it well. Add milk to the mixture and keep stirring till boiling. Add salt , sugar , pepper , mix herbs and cheese to the mixture. Boil the mixture and add pasta in it.
2 potatoes boiled and mashed, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Salt (as per taste, 2 tbsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp sugar, 1 tsp cumin seeds powder, Coriander powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, Chopped coriander, Ghee/oil
2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tbsp oil, Salt (as required), Water
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Sauté it. Then add turmeric powder, salt, chili paste, sugar, cumin and coriander powder to it. Add mashed potatoes, lemon juice and coriander to it. Let it cool for some time. Knead a soft dough by adding salt, oil and water to wheat flour. Take one ball of dough and fill it with the potato stuffing. Roll it into flat paratha. Place it on a hot tawa and roast on both the sides will oil / ghee. Serve it with curd or raita.
Rice 2 cups, oil 2 tsp, green chilli paste 2 tsp, garlic ginger paste 2 tsp, finely chopped onion ¼ cup, finely cut vegetables (carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage etc) , ajinomoto ¼ tsp, salt and pepper as per taste, soya sauce 1 tsp, green chilli sauce 1 tsp, vinegar 1 tsp, spring onion ½ cup.
Wash rice, add 4 cups of water and cook rice nicely. Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli paste, garlic, onions and stir fry. Add vegetables and stir fry again. Add ajinomoto, Add rice and other materials and serve.
